Anthony Carter and Lee Addis both work at Clarks of Kidderminster; a Kia, Suzuki and MG dealership in Kidderminster. And we are proud to announce that they have been awarded National Service Manager and National Service Advisor for Suzuki GB, a great accolade for them both. It is also the first time the awards have been handed to staff members located at one dealership.
Lee has been working here for 16 years. Lee first started as service advisor before moving on to becoming the dealership’s parts manager and finally to working in his current role as our Aftersales Manager. As a part of this role Lee is always making sure we provide good customer service whilst also overseeing the day-to-day management of service and parts department.
Anthony is currently going into his 15th year with the company. Anthony first started in with the company in the sales side of the business before moving on to working in the parts department before going to our service department and now in his current position as Suzuki Aftersales Advisor
In order to win this award Anthony and Lee had to complete five tasks in which they had to display skills with customer handling, customer experience and, up-sell exercise, professional discussion and knowledge on hybrid vehicles.
